Warranty Information


Limited Warranty for Helmets & Mounts (selected items), Spare Parts, SWAG, and General Accessories

This Limited Warranty applies to the consumer products currently offered on agmglobalvision.us, including selected Helmets & MountsSpare PartsSWAG/apparel, and general accessories. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Warranty Periods

  • SWAG / Apparel (e.g., hats, tees, branded merchandise) — 30 days from the date of purchase (manufacturing defects).
  • Spare Parts — 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Helmets & Mounts (selected items) — 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • General Accessories — 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Rechargeable batteries and chargers (if included with a product) — 1 year from the date of purchase.

Warranty periods begin on the original retail purchase date shown on your proof of purchase.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects and workmanship issues discovered during the applicable warranty period when the product is used and cared for as intended.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear or expected cosmetic changes (scratches, dents, fading).
  • Consumables beyond the period stated above.
  • Damage from misuse, improper care or storage, or exposure beyond the product’s stated ratings.
  • Accidents or external causes; loss or theft.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-approved parts.
  • Products with altered or removed serial/lot labels.

Note on performance claims: This warranty addresses defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not guarantee performance outcomes in specific field conditions or use cases.

Remedies

For a valid claim received within the applicable warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or refund the original purchase price. Replacements may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the longer of (i) the remainder of the original warranty period or (ii) 90 days.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Email support@agmglobalvision.us with the subject “Warranty Request” and include:
    • Order number or dated proof of purchase;
    • Product name/model;
    • Description of the issue and clear photos/video.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. Please do not send products without an RMA.
  3. You are responsible for shipping the product to us for evaluation. On approved warranty claims within the U.S., we will cover reasonable return shipping for repaired/replacement items.

Limitation of Liability and Implied Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

We do not disclaim implied warranties where prohibited by law. To the extent allowed, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the applicable limited warranty period stated above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
